Consign

Our consignors are a special group - it’s because of them that we have the highest quality resale items in the market. We do strive to make the consignment process easy - but we are choosy about what items we consign, focusing on seasonality, brand quality and uniqueness, to ensure top value for our consignors.

Socialize

Gather with friends and family sharing stories and memories while browsing the relaxing and friendly atmosphere of TCC. We look forward to seeing you!

About Us

Trading Closets Collection (TCC) is an upscale consignment super-store located in Brighton, Michigan. TCC offers high-end fashions and accessories for women and men - as well as unique home decor and furniture items - all in a two-story shopping experience.

STORE HOURS:

TUESDAY - FRIDAY 10:00AM - 6:00PM

SATURDAY 10:00AM - 5:00PM

We are closed Sunday and Monday.

Consignment Guidelines

TCC consigns based on the these five principles - quality, condition, relevancy, uniqueness, and demand.

Consignment Hours

Trading Closets Collection accepts consignment items beginning at 10:00 AM each business day.

Consignment closes when:

1. A daily count of 300 items has been reached.
2. An increase in foot traffic making it unfeasible to take in additional items.
3. There is a shortage of staff members.

If none of the above occurs, consignment will remain open until:
Tuesday - Friday 3:00PM
Saturday 12:00PM

We except new Consignors 10AM - 12PM Tuesday through Saturday.

Furniture

All furniture has to be pre-approved prior to bringing it in to the store. Quality items will sell quickly and our space is limited. Only in-demand, clean, and gently used items will be accepted.

Current, like new apparel and accessories for women and men.
Home decor and household items.
New beauty items.
Miscellaneous unique items.

General Consignment

We consign a wide-variety of merchandise, focusing on in-season, upscale fashion and home decor. Since our inventory changes daily, so does our intake needs as we strive to fill the store with only the highest quality resale items. We will take the time to look at any item you bring in, selecting only those items we believe we will be successful selling.

Items must come into the store in clean condition - women’s and men’s clothing items must come in on hangers (which are returned to you).

Consignment contracts will be issued in-person at the time merchandise is selected for sale.
